We're excited to present the latest improvements and features of Thinkeo! On the program: new Word and PowerPoint blocks, credit consumption tracking, API, archiving, and new AI models!
The Word Block now supports variables and even AI-powered variable filling. You can now send specific content to your headers, footers, tables, and other particular document elements. You can still export your entire publication at once using a single variable.
1
Create Variables in Your Template
Create variables in the format {~~variable} in your Word template (in docx) where you want your content.
2
Add Template to Word Block
Add this template to a new Word block that will detect your variables.
3
Nest Content Blocks
From the Studio hierarchy, nest your content blocks within your Word block.
4
Associate Variables
From your block settings, associate attribute IDs or content block IDs to each variable. Each content will be exported to the corresponding variable in the Word template.
5
Enable AI Generation (Optional)
If you want automatic variable filling during publication, check the "AI Generation" option and add instructions for the AI to organize content according to your expectations.
It's finally possible to generate presentations directly via Thinkeo, without going through an integration with Make or another automation tool. The PowerPoint block works on the same principle as the new Word block, using variables placed on your template to send content generated by Thinkeo to each of your slides.

We've added a dashboard and information on several platform pages to help you track your credit consumption. You can easily visualize the real cost of a publication or an App. You also have the possibility to configure alerts when a monthly budget is reached and a limit not to exceed, either per Team or per App.

You'll discover the "API" tab in your Team menu, from where you can create your tokens for your platform usage via API. The token is valid for the entire Team, adjustable so it only grants the right to perform publications, and you can schedule its expiration and revoke it at any time.
It's now possible to archive attributes and applications to hide them. Their content is not deleted, and it's possible to restore an application or attribute to make them visible again. This functionality allows better organization of your workspace by hiding unused elements.
An existing application will open by default with three hierarchical levels of blocks unfolded on its first opening. This change enables smooth opening of applications created by other architects. Manual block opening changes are kept in memory; this default opening only applies the first time.
The application editor is now called the "Studio". Navigation in the Studio has been improved: when creating a new block or reloading a page, the page will automatically scroll to the new block or the last selected block.
Publication interface performance has been improved, which is particularly visible for complex applications. This optimization makes using your Apps smoother when running through a long questionnaire with a large publication.
We hope you'll enjoy these improvements and look forward to your feedback. Your suggestions are valuable for evolving Thinkeo.Happy exploring this new version! The Thinkeo Team
